Product Description:

Loctite^® Frekote^® 1-STEP is a unique polymer release agent, designed to release all fiberglass reinforced and filled polyester composites. Application and use is fast and easy – simply spray on and leave on, gloss is instant.

Application:

Loctite^® Frekote^® 1-STEP does not require a mould sealer. Spray 5 fine coats (7 coats for new moulds), using an HVLP spray gun. Repeat one coat after another (no cure time required between coats) to give a final coverage of 200 ml/m2 of mould surface.
